On Monday 26th of July 2021 Apple rolled out urgent security updates for iOS, iPadOS and macOS to address a zero-day vulnerability identified that exploits a memory corruption issue within the IOMobileFrameBuffer component of Apple devices. This exploit targets the kernel extension for managing the screen framebuffer and could be abused by a threat actor(s) to execute arbitrary code leading to kernel escalation privilege. All Apple devices need to be updated to the latest version (14.7.1 & 11.5.1) to mitigate this risk. Please ensure your work and home devices are upgraded to avoid potential vulnerability.
